1. Electrical Installation: QEAC was responsible for ensuring sites once completed were compliant to both QECM and QEMM standards. Including the setup of generators to ensure sensitive equipment remained operational during the planned outages. 
2. Data and Communication: QEAC installed and commissioned the  communication equipment needed to allow remote connection of the Type 4 metering back to DMS.
